NOTES: The holy grail for most—Trane's only session as leader for the label. Curtis Fuller's face on the back jacket is the original state. 7th-state jacket, according to LondonJazzCollector's analysis (see slideshow). My guess is that Alfred Lion wanted Trane to be more.. blue. This version of the jacket is that blue.
